These Terms & Conditions apply to all tours and services provided by SARIBA ADVENTURES LLC.

1. Booking Confirmation

Bookings become confirmed after written confirmation and/or successful payment according to the selected booking option.

2. Tour Types

Tours may be offered as:

• Private Tours
• Shared Group Tours

The selected tour type will be shown during booking.

Private tours are reserved exclusively for the booking party.

Shared group tours may include additional participants.

3. Pricing

Prices are displayed according to selected tour options and participant numbers.

Single travelers may be charged the minimum booking rate equivalent to two participants where applicable.

Additional participants may incur additional charges.

4. Payment

Payments may be accepted through:

• Online payment
• Advance deposits
• Cash payment upon arrival
• Other approved payment methods

We reserve the right to request partial or full prepayment for selected bookings.

5. Vehicles

Vehicle type may vary depending on availability, route conditions, operational requirements, and group size.

6. Pickup and Timing

Hotel pickup and drop-off are available within designated service areas unless otherwise stated.

Pickup times may vary due to weather, traffic, operational reasons, or local conditions.

7. Children

Children are welcome.

Pricing and participation conditions for children may vary depending on the selected tour and booking arrangements.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

• Arrive on time
• Provide accurate booking information
• Follow guide instructions
• Respect local customs and cultural expectations
• Wear appropriate clothing where required

9. Health and Safety

Participation is voluntary.

Guests remain responsible for determining whether activities are suitable for their personal health and physical condition.

10. Tour Changes and Force Majeure

Tours may be modified, delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to:

• Weather conditions
• Road closures
• Government restrictions
• Safety concerns
• Natural events
• Circumstances beyond reasonable control

Equivalent alternatives may be offered where possible.

11. Booking Modifications

Requests to change dates, guest numbers, or itinerary details are subject to availability.

12. Guest Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse participation or terminate a tour without refund in cases of unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

13. Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings
• Delays outside our control
• Injuries resulting from failure to follow instructions

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking where legally permitted.

14. Photography and Marketing

Photos and videos may occasionally be captured during tours for promotional purposes, including website content, social media, marketing materials, and digital channels.

Where reasonably applicable, consent will be requested before publishing identifiable guest images.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that travel plans may change.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may be non-refundable.
• No-show bookings may be non-refundable.

Operator Cancellation

If we cancel a tour due to weather, safety concerns, operational reasons, or unforeseen circumstances, guests may choose one of the following options:

• Reschedule to another available date
• Receive a full refund
• Receive booking credit where applicable

Refund Processing

Refund timing depends on the payment provider and banking procedures.

Custom and Private Tours

Private itineraries, custom tours, or special event bookings may have separate cancellation conditions communicated during booking.

We are based in Salalah, where guests are welcome to visit our office to discuss their retreat plans in person.

Participants in Sariba Adventures LLC acknowledge the physical and mental demands of our programs. Although we follow strict safety protocols and work with experienced guides, retreat activities take place in natural environments that involve inherent risks. Sariba Adventures LLC is not liable for injuries, illnesses, or losses arising from participant negligence, failure to follow instructions, or undisclosed health conditions. All participants must complete health questionnaires and obtain appropriate travel insurance.
