Mountain Cave Escape
Escape into the mountains for an afternoon and evening surrounded by untouched nature. This unique experience takes you away from the usual tourist routes and into a peaceful mountain cave, where traditional Omani hospitality, hiking, a natural pool, sunset views and dinner come together.
Your journey begins at 2:00 PM with hotel pick-up. After approximately one hour of driving, you will arrive in the mountain area and receive a traditional Omani welcome with coffee, tea and dates.
From there, the adventure begins.

Travel Itinerary
1 - Mountain Cave & Traditional Welcome
Leave your hotel at 2:00 PM and travel into the mountains, surrounded by natural landscapes and away from the busy tourist areas.
Upon arrival, enjoy a traditional Omani welcome with freshly prepared coffee, tea and dates before exploring the area.
2 - Mountain Hike & Natural Pool
Set off on a hike through the surrounding landscape. The walk takes approximately 1.5 hours and leads you to a natural pool hidden within the mountains.
Depending on the conditions, you can take a refreshing swim before making your way back to the cave.
3 - Sunset in the Mountains
Return to the cave and relax as the sun slowly disappears behind the mountain peaks.
With the surrounding landscape changing colour and the peaceful atmosphere of the mountains, this is the perfect time to simply sit back and enjoy the moment.
4 - Dinner & Evening Entertainment
As evening arrives, enjoy dinner in the unique surroundings of the cave, followed by a relaxed evening with music and traditional entertainment.
After an unforgettable afternoon and evening in the mountains, depart for your hotel at approximately 10:00 PM.

We understand that travel plans can change. Please review our cancellation policy before completing your booking. Free cancellation: Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled tour start time. Partial refund: Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a 50% refund. Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable. No-show: No refund will be provided if a guest does not arrive at the agreed meeting point or is unable to join the tour due to arriving late. Changes to your booking: If you need to change your booking, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Cancellation by Sariba Adventures: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to safety concerns, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
