Free cancellation: Full refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled tour start time. Partial refund: Cancellations made between 7 days and 48 hours before the scheduled tour start time are eligible for a 50% refund. Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour start time are non-refundable. No-show: No refund will be provided if a guest does not arrive at the agreed meeting point or is unable to join the tour due to arriving late. Changes to your booking: If you need to change your booking, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Cancellation by Sariba Adventures: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour due to safety concerns, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
